Aroid Fever LLC may require a deposit to reserve or special order a plant. The deposit amount may vary depending on the plant, vendor cost, shipping, taxes, import costs, or other related expenses.
A plant is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received and confirmed by Aroid Fever LLC. Once the deposit is received, the plant will be marked as reserved, pending completion of the transaction.
Deposits are generally applied toward the total purchase price of the plant. By submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Aroid Fever LLC may use the deposit to secure, purchase, import, transport, or hold the selected plant.
Deposits for special orders, imported plants, rare plants, or plants purchased specifically for a customer may be non-refundable once the order has been placed with the vendor or supplier.
Any remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of pickup, delivery, or handoff, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aroid Fever LLC.
Aroid Fever LLC reserves the right to withhold delivery, pickup, or release of any plant until the full balance has been paid. Accepted payment methods may include cash, ATH Móvil Business, credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted by Aroid Fever LLC at the time of sale.
If a customer fails to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe, Aroid Fever LLC may cancel the reservation and make the plant available for sale to another customer. Any deposit previously paid may be forfeited depending on the nature of the order, the time elapsed, and any costs already incurred by Aroid Fever LLC.
Aroid Fever LLC offers pickup, delivery, or coordinated meet-up options when available. Pickup and delivery arrangements must be scheduled in advance.
Customers are responsible for being available at the agreed date, time, and location. If a customer is late, unavailable, or fails to appear for a scheduled pickup or delivery, Aroid Fever LLC may reschedule at its discretion. Additional delivery or holding fees may apply.
Once the plant is delivered, picked up, or handed over to the customer, the customer is responsible for inspecting the plant and confirming that it is received in acceptable condition.
Aroid Fever LLC is not responsible for damage caused after the plant has been released to the customer, including but not limited to damage caused by transportation, weather exposure, improper watering, inadequate lighting, pests, mishandling, repotting, or environmental changes.
Special order plants may involve additional risks because they are sourced from third-party vendors, local nurseries, private collectors, online sellers, or international suppliers. These risks may include shipping delays, import delays, plant stress, cosmetic damage, leaf loss, root stress, pest exposure, weather-related issues, vendor cancellations, or changes in plant appearance during transit.
Aroid Fever LLC makes reasonable efforts to source healthy plants from reliable vendors; however, live plants are natural products and may change in appearance over time. Variegation, leaf size, color, pattern, maturity, and overall appearance may vary from photos or vendor listings.
For special orders, Aroid Fever LLC may provide reference photos from vendors or suppliers. These photos are used to identify the type, size, or general appearance of the plant, but they do not guarantee that the plant will look exactly the same upon arrival or at the time of delivery.
By placing a special order, the customer acknowledges that live plants involve inherent risks and agrees that certain natural variations or transit-related stress may occur.
Order cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Cancellation approval depends on the status of the order.
If a cancellation is requested before Aroid Fever LLC has purchased, reserved, imported, or otherwise committed funds toward the plant, the deposit may be refundable at the discretion of Aroid Fever LLC.
If the plant has already been purchased, reserved, imported, shipped, held, or otherwise secured specifically for the customer, the deposit may be non-refundable.
Aroid Fever LLC reserves the right to cancel an order if the plant becomes unavailable, if the vendor cancels the sale, if payment is not received on time, if the customer does not respond within a reasonable period, or if completing the transaction becomes impractical or impossible.
If Aroid Fever LLC cancels an order due to circumstances outside the customer's control and no costs have been incurred, the customer may receive a refund of any applicable deposit or payment.
Aroid Fever LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide healthy plants at the time of sale, pickup, delivery, or handoff. Customers are encouraged to inspect the plant carefully before taking possession.
Once the plant is picked up, delivered, or otherwise transferred to the customer, Aroid Fever LLC does not guarantee the future health, growth, survival, variegation, leaf development, or condition of the plant.
Live plants are sensitive to changes in environment, lighting, humidity, water, soil, temperature, handling, repotting, pests, and other care conditions. Because these factors are outside the control of Aroid Fever LLC after the customer takes possession, all sales are considered final once the plant is released to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Aroid Fever LLC may, at its discretion, provide care recommendations or support after purchase; however, such guidance does not create a warranty or guarantee.

Aroid Fever LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to the purchase, care, handling, transport, or condition of live plants after transfer to the customer.
